Tickets will be available for sale March 17–April 17, from youth doing fundraising or in the office, M–F, 8am–4pm.
Meals cost only $9! And most importantly, all funds raised go to support youth going on mission trips and to Sugar Creek Bible Camp!
Dinner will available for pick up at the American Legion in Onalaska. NEW THIS YEAR: this will be for dinner only; meals will not be sold over the lunch hour.
For Youth and Adult Volunteers:
You can pick up ticket packets to sell in the office, at mission trip meetings or during Middle School Youth Group on Sundays.
Tickets packets are due back to the church office by Thursday, April 18, by 4pm
Youth will earn $5 toward their trip/camp for every ticket sold!
Help is needed preparing for and serving during the dinner…
We need adult volunteers for the prep on Wednesday April 24, 2019 in the evening and adults during the sale on April 25, 2019.
In addition we need students to manage the baked items, collect tickets, and help serve on April 25, 2019.
Any funds made from the bake sale and the walk up chicken dinner sales will be divided between volunteers to add to trip funds.
