This group is for parents/guardians and their children ages birth to 3 years old, and meets the last Sunday, at 9:15am in room 102. We sing, dance, play and pray together to learn ways to raise our little Christians in the home. We have time with the kids and time with just the adults. During the adult time, we have volunteers come in and play with our children as we talk. We welcome newcomers all the time — join us!
By choosing to become a member, individuals and families commit to being part of a shared mission — and in one way, answer Jesus’ call to “come follow me.” We get to know you and can more easily provide you with ministry opportunities and invitations to offer your gifts to the rest of this family of faith. People who would like to become members of First Lutheran are invited to a three-week introduction to the church, presented in a small-group setting. The group will meet on these days: April 30, May 7 & May 11. You can join us last minute: just speak with a pastor!

Carrying on after the death of a loved one can be difficult and lonely. Join with others who have experienced loss, and listen and care for each other. Two groups to choose from, both meeting the first Thursday of the month:

CAN YOU HELP a seminary student and his family?
Drew is in his first year at Wartburg Theological Seminary in Dubuque. This summer, he will be in La Crosse while doing his clinical pastoral education in one of the hospitals. Drew and his family (wife and 2 children) need housing from the end of May through the first half of August and would be very grateful for some assistance in finding a place. If you have any leads or can provide housing yourself, please contact him at email@example.com or 605.690.8332. Thank you!
For all confirmation students, small group guides and parents. Wed., May 24, 6–7:30pm, at Rowe Park.
