First Teen Clothes Closet has a new home!
Thank you to the many volunteers who have helped in the relocation of the First Teen Clothes Closet to its new home, sharing a building with the Children’s Clothes Closet at Trinity Lutheran Church in La Crosse. We are excited about the opportunity to serve more teens in a location that is more accessible to the area of our community with the greatest concentration of need.

Food can be dropped off throughout the week and will be delivered to the specified food pantry the Monday following the date listed.
As part of the relocation of the First Teen Clothes Closet, we need volunteers to help move the current inventory from the house to our new location at Trinity. This is a great opportunity for youth to earn volunteer hours! Meet at the house at 9am on Wednesday, August 1.
We are on the search for faithful adults who are willing to spend an hour each week with our confirmation youth. You don’t need to know the Bible backwards and forwards and you don’t need a seminary degree! All you need is a heart for the youth of our church!
A group of First Lutheran members have initiated a new Faith Alive mission. Their goal is to “keep-in-touch” with our fellow members who are home bound.
The visitation team will keep Faith Alive with phone calls, home visits or by mailing notes to remind “at home” members that our church loves and cares about them.
Please notify the church office using the form below if you’re aware of an individual or care giver who is either long or short-term home bound.
The parking lot ministry needs warm and friendly faces to greet guests and worshipers who come into the parking lot, giving help if needed at the entrance door and giving umbrellas to those who need one when it’s raining. Come to the Welcome Center to receive more information and sign up to help.
I am looking for Sunday School teachers and Children’s Time helpers! These people get to see our congregation’s children up close! I love these opportunities as my relationships with these children have grown as we love to laugh, have fun and talk about Jesus. My wish is for others to have those lights in their life! If you can help one Sunday or more contact me!
