Senior Pastor
The senior pastor is responsible for steering the everyday/every week administrative details, programming and worship life of our family of faith at First Lutheran. Yes, I supervise staff members, but more than that I am called to equip, encourage and collaborate with our staff. Yes, I preach during worship and teach every age group. More than talking, though, I listen to people's stories, dreams and challenges. Yes, I recruit leaders who shape the faith of kids, who serve on committees and who sign up to lead as paid staff, but I also call my own number because I love to live IN community as much as leading one.

Full time; no office hours on Mondays and Saturdays.

Undergraduate BA from Augsburg College, Minneapolis.
MDiv from Lutheran Theological Southern Seminary, Columbia, South Carolina.
Fun fact: To type, I only use five fingers. My left pinky has never touched a keyboard.
Secret talent: A song is ALWAYS on the tip of my mind. You may hear a line of it whether you ask to hear it or not.
