First Lutheran is in an important time as we consider our future of ministry together. Part of knowing how to plan and move into the future is taking an honest and careful look at where we are now.
We want to hear from you!
This involves everyone in the congregation sharing their input. We are asking you to use our online assessment tool called the Missional Assessment Profile (MAP). The MAP will provide us with a clear indication of the unique aspects of the culture of the congregation, the priorities, the outcomes of current ministry efforts and helpful demographic information.
Please help us shape a strong and thoughtful future. Your participation will help us understand the range of views that exist at First Lutheran and the possibilities, willingness, capacity and excitement for moving our ministry into the future.
If you would prefer to take the assessment using a paper copy, please stop by the office and we will provide one for you along with a self-addressed stamped envelope. Or if you’d like one mailed to you, please call the church at 608.783.2236.
We ask every member of our congregation 16 and older to participate in the MAP survey.
INDIVIDUAL INPUT is key to our gaining insight into overall perceptions and experiences.
⚠️ It is important to note that once you launch the survey link you will need to complete it in one sitting. There is no option to save your survey after you have started.
Please set aside enough time to answer all the questions. This will take about 15-20 minutes. The survey link will be open for your response through Nov. 10. All survey responses are strictly anonymous.
