My path into high school ministry began as a camp staff member at Sugar Creek Bible Camp, where I gained hands-on experience leading Bible studies, organizing activities, and supporting students in their faith formation. Those summers helped me realize how much I enjoy working with youth and being a part of their spiritual growth.
I believe the high school years are some of the most important in a person’s faith journey. My hope is to create a space where students feel seen, known, and loved - by their peers, their church, and most of all, by Christ. Whether it’s digging into scripture, serving together, or just sharing pizza, it’s a privilege to be a part of what God is doing in and through our high schooler at First.
